Finally I´m continueing my studies in the ancient art of Chuan Fa. After a couple of years in relative lost Sensei Jonas started Shindokai which is a rather small group of dedicated people in our small town. Shindokai means a group of people that follows the way of the heart and soul of mankind. Feels so good. Body and soul in a relaxed mortal tense. Warriors in all times. I really need a 100 % connecting of body, soul and mind. Not really to feel strong but to feel ready and as a part of heaven and earth. No sport. Just art.........................
